At home

The Dash Charity (formerly Berkshire East & South Bucks Women’s Aid).  Provides temporary emergency crisis accommodation, advocacy, outreach and resettlement support to women, men and children fleeing domestic violence. 

Christopher's Smile provides funding for projects that will benefit the largest number of children possible across the childhood cancer community. The charity has awarded 6 project grants and raised over 1 million pounds.

Parkinsons UK:  The Association of Inner Wheel clubs in Great Britain and Ireland has selected Parkinson's UK as their official charity partner for 2015-2016

Sebastians Action Trust: Supports families of seriously-ill children from diagnosis, through treatment and beyond by listening and responding to their unmet needs.

National Autistic Society: Provides information, support and pioneering services, and campaign for a better world for autistic people.

Thames Valley Air Ambulance: Led by a highly qualified doctor, the TVAA team can arrive within minutes ready to deliver the same level of care that would only otherwise be found in the hospital emergency department.  The TVAA charity  relies entirely on fundraising and donations from the communities of Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Children with special Needs: Raises funds to support individuals, groups and schools in their requests for equipment, holidays and tuition and to provide essential care for children with special needs in Surrey, East Berkshire and North Hampshire. This also includes assisting very talented children who are finding it difficult to reach their true potential without support.

 

 

Abroad

WaterAid is an international charity that transforms lives by improving access to safe water, hygiene and sanitation.

School in a Bag is a simple solution created to help poor, orphan, vulnerable and disaster affected children throughout the world. Each SchoolBag is filled with stationery, learning resources and eating utensils.

BeKind is a charity working with street children in Eastern Europe with donations of clothes, school stationery, toiletries and blankets.

Supported Rotary Club of Ascot with their community events eg Sunninghill Wheelbarrow Race, Young Chef, Young Musician and Youth Speaks competitions, Know your Blood Pressure Day and Christmas charity collections.
